Confidentiality – The client or potential client will not at any time or any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of the client, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to Stroman Athletic & Asset Management (e.g. trade secrets, know-how and confidential information). These confidential obligations shall remain in effect until five (5) years after any relevant Services are completed or terminated. The client may not use any confidential information except authorized by Stroman Athletic & Asset Management for the benefit of the client. Stroman Athletic & Asset Management may seek and obtain injunctive relief against the release or threatened release of such information in addition to any other legal remedies, which may be available.
